Today, children grow up with smartphones, iPads and digital tools. From an early age, they learn to handle these while we adults are surprised to applaud and praise their development. Every now and then, a colleague shows up a Youtube movie on Friday fiket which is about some little baby who feverishly tries to scroll in a paper magazine. We happily laugh at the fun of the situation while at the same time realizing that in the near future we will be skipped by these little children.
Digital media is all about sharing knowledge and accessing this knowledge in a fast, easy and user-friendly way. HR is by no means excluded from the digital revolution. Things we did offline a couple of decades ago today we do online thanks to electronic communication and tools. In line with digital developments in society, professional groups and industries are also changing.
